For just £10 extra we'll cover a 13 mile radius to come and collect you on our Feeder Service

Timetable and Pick-up route

• You'll receive a Final Confirmation a month before with a Departure time from your

chosen pick-up location, this is because we finalise a pick-up route and timetable once

all bookings have been received.

• Pick-ups are usually between 8 and 10am depending on destination.

• We never cancel a trip so please look out for anything from a minibus to a full sized coach.

 

Accessibility

Unfortunately Five Lakes is not quite as accessible as Hopton and we do not have any rooms with walk in showers.

Our Deluxe Double rooms offer step in showers, however the step into the shower is around 10 inches tall - so quite a big step.

Our Hotel accommodation is all situated on the first and second floor (no ground floor rooms) we do have lifts,

but in the event of an emergency you must be able to manage the stairs or use of evacuation chairs.

The Village accommodation is on two levels with no lifts to the upper level.

The Swimming Pool is not accessible at this stage, guests have to be able to manage stairs to enter the pool area and also steps into the pool.

 

Accomodation

Every break include Premier Rooms as standard, and then with your choice of location. Enjoy peace and quiet in the Village rooms set in the grounds, just a short walk from the hotel, or choose the hotel rooms surrounding the central facilities. With a choice of twin and double accommodation available, all our rooms offer an en-suite bathroom, TV with Freeview channels, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe for your valuables, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drinks cooler, essential toiletries and free Wi-Fi. Golf

Experienced Golfers can enjoy the 18 hole Lakes Golf Course which is one of the finest courses in Essex. 

The tees and greens are meticulously maintained and present a challenge to experienced golfers.

The course is designed by the European  Tour legend Neil Coles with excellent short game practice facilities and onsite driving range,

the scene is set for a perfect round to complement guests short break.

 

Spa

Potters are delighted to advise that Spa Packages are now available to book. The Spa at Five Lakes offers twelve treatment rooms,

a bespoke relaxation area and a dedicated space to enjoy delicious lite bites and refreshments, an idyllic venue to relax and unwind. 

The Spa offers a range of treatments covering massages, facials, pedicures, manicures, wrap and alternative therapies.

Seating

Seats are automatically allocated at the time of booking, however we can possibly change the seat

if you give us a call, all seats come at a first come, first served basis. We will try our best to

accomodate your request.
